To all clubs,
Following the postponement of all leagues and fixtures in our tennis calendar, the Committee has reviewed the subscriptions proposal for this year.
Invoices to clubs were issued in early March and included fees for the 2020 season as well as fines relating to the 2019 season.
Given the significant impact the Covid-19 virus will have on many clubs, we have decided to waive the Fees element of the 2020 invoices. This will mean a total saving to tennis clubs of approximately £2,500. Treasurers should therefore only pay the “fines” element of the invoice, plus, if they wish the voluntary donation of £10.
I will be contacting each club separately and arranging a refund for those who have already paid.
